Should you change your mind and your products have already been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. If you cancel your order before your parcel has been packaged and shipped, you may be eligible to receive a refund in full. Please contact us immediately.
We value your time and business and use the fastest shipping methods possible. Please give 2-3 business days to process your order.
Once your items are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
If for any reason your are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help rectify the issue.
CRYSCLAIM is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about a product you’ve purchased. If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, you may incur a restocking fee.
If an item arrives badly damaged, please notify CRYSCLAIM immediately with photographic evidence and we will work to address the issue. You will be required to return the damaged product(s), at your own cost, using a trackable shipping method.
CrysClaim is proud to ship worldwide! Once payment is made, we package your purchase with care! As soon as it’s picked up, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order!
Most logistics companies have stopped scanning packages at every checkpoint along their journey to streamline the process and hopefully expedite shipping times for all customers.
If you have ordered and your package hasn’t had tracking info updated in a while – Please understand that it’s difficult to give you any extra information than what your tracking numbers already provide – shipping companies and postal services are updating tracking numbers as quickly as they can – be assured that they are doing their very best to get items delivered ASAP!!
Please contact the delivery service and open an investigation. If the investigation determines package has gone missing or was stolen, please contact us with your order # and evidence from the investigation.
Instagram Live Sales
CrysClaim hosts live sales on Instagram each week on Tuesday’s starting at 6PM EST. Viewers can claim crystals by entering the code on the crystal as it’s displayed. The first person we see on our screen to input the correct code gets the item!
Having trouble claiming items in time? We’re sorry. Instagram can be funny and wifi connections can be slow. We recommend closing and re-opening the Instagram app. We also recommend trying cellular data vs. wifi to see if you notice a speed improvement! Best of luck!
Following the live show, invoices are emailed out to everyone who claimed throughout the show. Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. We do this to ensure packages are shipped out quickly to get the crystals into your homes and hands as fast as we can! We kindly ask that you refrain from claiming any items you do not intend to purchase.
Once payment is complete, we carefully package up your new crystals and ship them out to you! If you’re in Canada, our goal is to have the package delivered as quickly as possible. International shipping may vary. Please see shipping policies for additional shipping information.
